Meet Our Staff

Pete is a lifelong Rockford resident and has been in the insurance industry since 1974 and handles all lines of insurance. As a 1974 graduate of Drake University, Pete received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business
Administration and Insurance and an LUTCF Designation in 1986. He began his insurance career with his father and has been associated with the Ken McEachran Agency since July, 1992. In his free time he enjoys playing golf.

My career started in the insurance industry and with Ken McEachran Agency in July 1996.  While attending Rock Valley College and working for McEachran Insurance I developed a sincere enjoyment and desire for the insurance business.  I received my property/casualty and life/health licenses in May 1997 and have been advancing my education and expertise ever since.  I attained my CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) professional designation in 2005 after passing all 5 five of the institutes within the CIC Program.  I am a current board member of the PIIANI (Professional Independent Insurance Agents of Northern Illinois) and served as President from 2003-2005.

Our agency’s focus is on commercial accounts, personal lines packages, health insurance and life insurance needs for all of our clients.  The best part of our business is meeting individuals and developing relationships, which I truly enjoy!

I’m a lifelong resident of the Rockford area and enjoy traveling, fitness, boating and motorcycling in my down time.  I look forward to working with you!
